About Me
I'm Al Rubyat
I am a software engineer specializing in WordPress Technical Support and development for B2B and B2C services. I am a Support Engineer, developer, and overall a doer. I have completed in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science and Engineering.
I work for weDevs as a support engineer. I mostly work in live chat and tickets helping users to build their WordPress sites with Dokan.
Coming from a development background, there are a lot of things that surprised me in weDevs. Like they are encouraging me to take leave, learn new things every day, opportunity to speak in WordCamp and other meetings.
The main thing I like about support is empathy because I have developed so much empathy for our customers by putting myself in their shoes is something didn’t have before and is something I love. So, when I solve their issues and they have a big smile on their face. It makes my day.

I am working as a Remote Support Engineer @weDevs. Fixing bugs, resolving issues is part of our team’s daily work routine and we always provide the best solutions to solve our user problems.
